Fall tea gifts: Apple Pie and Fireball loose leaf teas brewed in glass cups with cinnamon sticks and apples

Fall Tea Gifts and Cozy Blends

Fall tea gifts here are the spiced and dessert blends I pour once the evenings finally cool off in Texas, plus the boxes that hold them, so you can send someone a warm cup instead of another candle. Every blend is loose leaf, pre-measured into sachets, four sachets to a box, sent from Cibolo, Texas.

Fall is when my house fills back up, and a warm cup keeps my kids at the table longer than anything else I have tried. These are the same tea recipes I serve at my tea parties, so all anyone has to do is add hot water.

How to choose

  • ✓ For the classic fall cup: Apple Pie, black tea with cinnamon and nutmeg over baked apple, dessert without the plate.
  • ✓ For spice with a kick: Fireball, black tea with orange peel, clove, and cinnamon. The boldest of the six, and there is no alcohol in it despite the name.
  • ✓ For the cup most people already know they like: Classic Chai, black tea with warm baking spice, an easy first order when you are buying for someone else.
  • ✓ For after dinner: Grandma's Candy if they want sweet and nostalgic, or Mint Chocolate if dessert should taste like mint and cocoa.
  • ✓ For the kids at the table: Melted Gummy, a fruity black and herbal blend that is low in caffeine.
  • ✓ To send fall rather than pour it: Simple Pleasures, three blends and twelve sachets with a cookie, sugar cubes, games, and a choice of a teacup and saucer or a tea time journal.
  • ✓ For a teacher, a neighbor, or a small thank you: the Mini box, one tea, four sachets, and a mini teacup and saucer, or the Mini Teapot Sampler for party favors.

Good to know

  • ✓ Loose leaf in sachets, four to a box, one sachet per 8 ounce cup. No infuser, no measuring, and brewing instructions come in every box.
  • ✓ Five of these blends are black tea, so they carry caffeine. Melted Gummy is a black and herbal mix and is low in caffeine.
  • ✓ There is no pumpkin blend in this shop. Apple Pie and Fireball are the two that fill that spot.
  • ✓ Everything here ships from Cibolo, Texas.
  • ✓ If you want fall to keep arriving, the Seasonal Tea Society Club sends four full size tea boxes, a seasonal keepsake, and a seat at my monthly virtual tea party.

If you need a cup with no caffeine for the evening, the caffeine free herbal blends are one shelf over, and every blend I sell sits in the tea shop. When you get to December, holiday tea gifts is next door. If you would rather have the table set for you, read about the tea parties I host around San Antonio.

Pick the one that sounds like your kind of fall, and I'll pack the rest.

Questions people ask

What makes a tea a fall tea?

Fall blends lean on baking spice and dessert flavors: cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, baked apple, cocoa. Nothing about the leaf itself changes with the season. These six are the ones I pour at my own fall tea parties, and they all sit on a black tea base.

Do you have a pumpkin spice tea?

No. There is no pumpkin blend in this shop, and I would rather tell you now than have you order and be disappointed. If pumpkin spice is what you are after, Apple Pie carries the cinnamon and nutmeg side of it and Fireball carries the clove and the heat.

Are these fall blends caffeine free?

Most are not. Five of the six are black teas and carry caffeine, and Melted Gummy is a black and herbal blend that is low in caffeine. For an evening cup with none at all, look at the herbal blends: rose garden, lovely lavender, peppermint, rooibos, and hibiscus.

Which of these fall tea gifts should I send?

Send Simple Pleasures when you want the whole sit-down in one box, with three blends, twelve sachets, a cookie, and a teacup or a journal. Send the Mini box for a teacher or a neighbor. Send a single blend when you already know their flavor.
