Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to non-standard purchase options offered through our store, including subscriptions, event and rental deposits, and pre-orders.

Subscriptions 

How it works: By subscribing, you agree to be automatically charged the recurring subscription price shown at checkout (plus applicable shipping and taxes) on each billing cycle, until you cancel, pause, or your subscription otherwise ends.

Canceling or pausing: You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your customer account. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made before your next scheduled billing date. Canceling a subscription stops all future billing and shipments; it does not affect boxes that have already been charged or shipped.

Skipping a delivery: If you'd like to skip an upcoming box without canceling your subscription entirely, you can do so through your customer account before the next billing date.

Refunds: Because subscription boxes contain edible tea products, orders that have already been charged and/or shipped are not eligible for a refund. If your box arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us at info@theericapowers.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Changes: You can update your shipping address, payment method, and subscription frequency at any time through your customer account. Price changes, if any, will be communicated to you in advance of your next billing cycle.

Event & Rental Deposits

Deposits taken for private parties, corporate events, experiential tea events, and china rentals reserve your date and/or items. Deposits are non-refundable once paid, except as otherwise stated in your individual booking or rental agreement.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to info@theericapowers.com. Whether a cancellation qualifies for a partial refund, credit toward a future booking, or forfeiture of the deposit depends on how far in advance notice is given and the specific terms outlined in your booking agreement, which controls over this general policy in the event of a conflict.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordering a product reserves your item ahead of its release or restock date. Your payment method will be charged at the time you place the pre-order unless otherwise noted on the product page.

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before the item ships. Once a pre-ordered item has shipped, our standard Return and Refund Policy applies. Estimated ship dates are our best projection and are subject to change; we'll notify you of any significant delay.
