Welcome to A Tea Party In A Box, operated by Tea Parties by Erica Powers ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including our retail tea products, tea subscription box, digital downloads, china rentals, and event bookings (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase through the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

If you create a customer account, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at info@theericapowers.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Products and Purchases

Retail Products. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or listing errors.

Subscription Box. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan, until you cancel. Subscription terms, including cancellation and skip options, are governed by our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

Digital Products. Digital products are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only upon purchase. They are delivered electronically and are final sale, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

China Rentals. China rental bookings are governed by a separate rental agreement provided to you at the time of booking, which covers rental terms, damage, loss, and late-return fees. These Terms apply to your general use of the Services, but the rental agreement controls the specific terms of your rental.

Event Bookings & Private Parties. Private party, corporate, and experiential event bookings are governed by a separate booking agreement provided to you at the time of booking, which covers deposits, cancellations, and rescheduling. These Terms apply to your general use of the Services, but the booking agreement controls the specific terms of your event.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate, current payment information. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely; we do not store full payment card information ourselves.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including our brand names, logos, proprietary tea blend recipes and formulations, photography, written content, "Our Blue Teacup Circle," "The Steeping Chronicles," and other original materials, is owned by Tea Parties by Erica Powers or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content or recipes without our prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our permission
• Resell products purchased through the Services without our authorization

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the transaction giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tea Parties by Erica Powers and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
