Simple Pleasures is a tea party gift box for 1 to 4 people: you pick 3 loose leaf tea flavors and a real teacup and saucer in the pattern you like, or a tea time journal, and I pack them with 12 pre-measured sachets, a cookie, sugar cubes, a teaspoon, and the tea fact cards, reflection prompts and games, all in a keepsake box.

I made this box for the moment when you want to sit somebody down and pour them a cup, but you live 3 states away, or 3 rooms away with a baby asleep in one of them. It is the whole tea party in one box.

You pick 3 blends from the tea list on this page. They are the same ones I pour at my live tea parties, pre-measured into sachets, so whoever opens the box can just add hot water. No teapot, no infuser, no measuring, nothing to strain.

If you choose the teacup, you choose the pattern too. The pattern you pick is the cup I pack.

The cards are in there so nobody has to work out how to start the conversation. That part I learned at my own kitchen table, with 5 kids and a pot between us.

I set the price deliberately. A tea party should be something you can send on a Tuesday, not something you save up for.

• You choose the 3 blends. Tick 3 flavors on this page before you add the box to your cart. Choose from Apple Pie, Blue Fairy, Chocolate Berry, Christmas Cranberry, Classic Chai, Earl Grey, Fireball, Grandma's Candy, Hibiscus, Hibiscus Mint, Lovely Lavender, Melted Gummy, Mint Chocolate, Mint Green, Peppermint, Rooibos and Rose Garden.
• Found a favorite? Most of these blends are also sold on their own in my loose leaf tea shop, 4 sachets to a box.
• 3 blends, 12 sachets. Single-serve and pre-measured, 1 sachet per 8 ounce cup, so there is nothing to weigh or strain.
• Pick your teacup pattern. Choose your pattern from the list on this page and that is the cup I pack. I have 1 of each, so a pattern that has sold greys out.
• Or choose the journal. The tea time journal sits at the bottom of the same list and takes the teacup's place for someone who would rather write than pour.
• About the cookie. It is store bought and individually wrapped, and it is not gluten free.
• Cards, not just tea. Tea fact cards, reflection prompts, conversation cards and a tea bingo sheet, so the box hands you something to talk about.
• Packed by hand in Cibolo, Texas. Shipped orders leave for the post office in 2 to 4 days. Local pickup in Schertz is usually ready in the same 2 to 4 days.
