This vintage teacup rental puts my own mismatched tea china on your table in sets of 12, for 12 to 60 guests in the San Antonio area, and it comes with the part every host wants to skip: we wash the dishes.

The collection is mismatched on purpose. Unique and antique designs, teapots in different shapes, and a saucer for every cup, so a table for 12 looks gathered instead of rented.

Every package also brings milk and sugar dishes, tea fact cards to get your guests talking, and samples of my signature tea blends. Choose your package by guest count below. Each one lists the minimum that comes with it, and you can add more pieces to fit your event.

When the party is over, pack the china free of loose food and hand it back. You host. I do the dishes.

Questions people ask

Do I have to wash the dishes after a teacup rental?

No. Dishwashing is included in every package, so you only pack the china free of loose food before it goes back. The washing and sanitizing happen after the rental returns. It is the step most hosts dread, so it is the one I take off your list.

How much does it cost to rent teacups for a tea party?

Packages begin at $7 per guest and come in sets of 12, from 12 guests up to 60. Each package is listed above with its price and exactly what it includes. Every rental also requires a refundable damage deposit.

How many teacups and teapots come in each package?

Every package has 1 teacup and saucer per guest. The 12 guest package comes with 2 teapots, the 24 and 36 guest packages come with 4, and the 48 and 60 guest packages come with 6. Milk dishes, sugar dishes, tea fact cards, and signature tea samples are in every package too.

Is delivery included with the china rental?

Delivery and pickup are required and included on packages over 24 guests, which means the 36, 48, and 60 guest packages. On the 12 and 24 guest packages, delivery is optional.

Can I add plates or dessert stands to my teacup rental?

Yes. Dinner plates, salad and dessert plates, 3-tier dessert stands, vases, dessert dishes, platters, child-size tea sets, and signature tea blends can all be added. Add-ons are only available with a teacup rental package, so choose your package first.
