International Tea Day Social in San Antonio: Tea and Conversation

The International Tea Day Social is my hosted, alcohol-free tea social in San Antonio, held on International Tea Day, May 21: an evening to mingle, sip a variety of artisan teas, and enjoy fun prompts and conversation.

The 2026 social has taken place and tickets are closed. We met on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 5:30pm to 8pm Central Time at The Collabrium, 17000 San Pedro Ave, Suite 2101, San Antonio, TX 78232. Tickets were $5, and Collabrium and Blue Teacup Circle members came free.

It is a fun, relaxed room. Tea newbie or seasoned sipper, you pick up a cup, try something you have not tasted before, and meet people who love tea as much as you do. You do not need to know a thing about tea to walk in, and nobody is going to quiz you.

The prompts do the awkward part for you. Small talk is easier with a warm cup in your hand.
