No. Peppermint is an herbal infusion made from mint leaves rather than from the tea plant, so there is no caffeine in it at any strength or steep time. That is why it works in the evening and for guests who stop caffeine early in the day.
How many cups do I get in a box?
Four. Each box holds 4 loose leaf sachets and one sachet makes an 8 ounce cup. If you brew a bigger mug, still use one sachet and a little less water so the mint stays bright instead of thin.
Do I need a teapot or an infuser?

How long should I steep peppermint tea?
